This policy explains how Adams Tech Solutions ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The service you're interested in
• The message and any details you provide
• Whether you've indicated eligibility for the Armed Forces / Blue Light discount

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we set no cookies at all. Fonts are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with font or CDN providers.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it measures aggregate figures such as page views, visits and referring sites, without setting cookies, without tracking you across other websites, and without collecting information that identifies you personally.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide any service you go on to request. Our lawful basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form) and, where we're already working together, the performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing. Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare's Email Routing — the same provider that hosts this website — and is not passed to any third-party form or marketing service. We will only ever disclose personal data if required to do so by law.

Where it's processed

This website and its enquiry handling run on Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms. Email you send us is delivered to our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. If we don't take your enquiry further, we remove it once it's clearly no longer needed.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict content-security policy and modern security headers. The enquiry form validates input, guards against spam and header injection, and transmits over an encrypted connection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email Cian.Adams1@adams-tech.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version.

This policy is a clear, good-faith starting point. Before you go live, review it against your final setup (and consider registering with the ICO if required for your circumstances).
